Online Purchase Terms & Conditions
Refund Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a
refund within 30 days of delivery of your first order. We’ll refund you for the full cost of
the product or as otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds apply to the first order only. You may reschedule, skip, or cancel all subsequent
shipments in your Meticulous account anytime.
If you have issues with subsequent orders, contact the Support Team
at support@meticulousskincare.com; tell us what happened, and we’ll see how we can
help. If your order was damaged during shipping, please take a picture and send it with
your order number to support@meticulousskincare.com. We’ll promptly send out a
replacement the same day.
Canceling Your Subscription: You can cancel your subscription at any time in your
meticulous account, or if you need assistance, you can contact our team at
support@meticulousskincare.com
Pausing Your Subscription: We cannot pause a subscription in perpetuity, but you can
reschedule your next order to any date. You can manage your subscription and delivery
schedule by logging into your Meticulous account.
Delivery
Shipments: We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third
parties. This includes delivery address mistakes; the buyer must ensure the correct
delivery details are present when purchasing the goods. Due to individual customs
regulations, we cannot take any responsibility for delayed orders to other countries
outside the US. Please check with your country’s customs office regarding the import of
the products you wish to order. As the buyer, you are responsible for any import
restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, and other duties. You are
responsible for complying with international, national, or local laws regulating the
importation of products you may purchase. If an order is refused delivery by customs
due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, Meticulous is not responsible for any
losses or costs incurred by you, the customer. You are solely responsible for any taxes,
duties, levies, fees, and any other expenses related to importing the products you order.
If customs abandon or discard the shipment, you will not receive a refund or credit. By
ordering, you agree to these terms.
